Meet the new and improved Liliukalni! (Li for short). I was talking to Carm the other day and just going on about charries and all and about the mutant chars and how I'm prolly gona turn a few exsisting chars into mutants because otherwise they're just making friends with dust-bunnies- and she asked me what happened to Li. And I said nothing had happened to her, she had been in some rps but now she was just dusty. So she said "Make her a mutant! xD" So I was all.. hehe- okay! So... I did!! ha! So her ability is to malnipulate water. She can also 'melt' into water also (kinda like- Fathom if you've ever seen that) and become like, as water- hence in the pic her hands are kinda see-through and her legs are sorta part of the water- she's doesn't always look like that- usually she looks completely whole.
She use to live in Hawaii, but since being discovered she was a mutant- again persecution arose and she ran- soon was found by the Renagade's and is now allied with them. She's also a great surfer but she never has used her ablitity to cheat- however she was disqualified from surfing competitions because they thought she'd cheated. Mean eh? Anyhoo- so this is Li.
I really like how it all turned out- yep. *nod* Took 2 hours on the water in the front alone. Sheesh.
