<sup>"Show me." he said simply, his gaze having gone to the device in her chest before returning to her face. He wanted to see her powers, wondering if she'd swallowed enough of her fear to show him much of anything.

Spark did not speak her real name. Not even more this man. No one knew it and she wanted to keep it that way. Nodding at his request though, she placed a hand completely over the glowing device, covereing it before pulling her hand away. Large bolts traveled out of the glass in her chest and into her palm. Sparking and almost dancing. Though, it was limited because of the rubber gloves. It's dance floor only her fingers and palm. Then she brought up the other hand, the blots multipling and dancing between both hands now. They were bright, lighting up the area around her and her eyes.

The tall male before her watched with a blank face, though his grey eyes were burrowing into her, almost greedily. He knew he had a very powerful mutant in his small but growing group, all the better. Without taking his eyes off the bolts of electicity she was making dance around her, he walked towards her, no fear in his eyes. He then put his hand out, locking his gaze on her face as he lifted his hand, watching her reaction as he put it in the middle of the current, something any normal being doing would have fried them. But- here, it didn't. He wasn't hurt, he wasn't affected by the electricity even though it was crawling all over his arm as though looking for something to feed off of. Withdrawing his hand again, he looked at his palm and fingers as the bits of residual bolts sparked and faded and then lowered his hand again. "You are powerful." he said simply, showing that he at least recognized that she had power, even if it didn't do anything to him. He was sure that was a new development for her.</sup>
